Sarah and James Pearce are rooted very much in the business of luxury. Sarah, being born and raised in Palm Springs, brings an inside knowledge of the local real estate market that most agents can't compete with. James, having moved to Palm Springs in 2011, compliments Sarah well, because he brings an outside perspective that is incredibly valuable to helping people new to the area find their bearings.

She is detail oriented and uses time management to her advantage. She loves working with all walks of life and enthusiastically wants to guide you and your family in the home buying and selling process.

James stands out because of his burning passion for helping luxury home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Prior to his real estate career, James enjoyed a successful career managing fine-dining restaurants, which taught him how to perform exceptionally for high-end clients. He holds a degree in English, which enables him to communicate easily with both consumers and associates.

While real estate transactions can be challenging, Sarah and James consistently strive to make the process as stress-free as possible. They are keen to offer education and honest insights, which enables clients to make wise decisions during the buying or selling process. They rely on their superior marketing skills, which make them a valuable asset to sellers. When they are not hard at work, Sarah and James are raising their beautiful daughter and taking care of their six pets. They have a passion for travel, when time allows, and they are always looking for their next adventure. After being together for 4 years, James finally popped the question to Sarah atop the Eiffel Tower in late 2021. They were recently married in November 2022.
