Located on a quiet, cul-de-sac in Sun Villas/Oasis del Sol neighborhood in central Palm Springs, this gorgeous contemporary ranch home is the perfect primary, secondary or possibly a vacation rental as the neighborhood is well below the 20% cap. This home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 remodeled baths (2015) and is located on an oversized, beautifully landscaped lot on land you own with no power lines to mar the view.
